I don't know if the complex pictured has new owners or management, since they've changed their name. It was formaly known as the Winery Apartments. They are slum lords. Don't be fooled by their publicity photo. They are INFESTED with roaches, and the management refuses to do anything about that, or any other issue. I seriously hope they were put out of business. They participate in all kinds of illegal activities themselves. Stealing checks out of the mail then trying to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent, entering apartments without notice or an emergency, turning off pilot lights without telling tenants, making up complaints against tenants, padding the cleaning bill when tenants leave with work they are not going to perform. And that is not even half of it. They steal from the government as well as the poor. People would not get involved with low income or section 8 housing, unless there was profit involved. They only "fix" things when they think they are getting an inspection from Section 8. Even then, all they do is patch up problems by telling you to cover it up, or starting work and NEVER finishing it. This is a horrible place to live. They put more money into landscaping than into the upkeep of the apartments. Hence why it looks so nice in the picture.
FOR RENT! Apartment shopping? Tight budget??? Look no further... You've just found a "page" which specializes in helping you find/locate your next, well-priced abode!
